Today was a really great day! We met with Tecwyn, our professor, this morning. He's really awesome! We had a short orientation then went on a walking tour of Bangor. It's so different from Cardiff! It's small, quaint, and not nearly as busy. It's a nice change of pace though. It sits on the sea, which I love. We walked all around and ended up down at the pier, where we had tea and scones. Then we went for a drive through Snowdonia National Park which is absolutely beautiful. We took a short walk up to a lake in the mountains. It was a little rainy, but definitely bearable. We also drove to the island of Anglesey, which is where William and Kate live. I was more excited about that than anything! I think we're going to go back this weekend and see where they live. Tomorrow we have lots planned which I'm excited about. I have a feeling we're going to be outdoors a lot in Bangor and I can't wait! Lots of pictures, just because it's so beautiful here!
